Welcome Sponsors, Vendors, Partners, and Community Organizations! 

We, at the Orlando Sports Foundation, would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for your unwavering support in the fight against cancer. It's through collaborative partnerships like yours that we're able to push boundaries and make a significant difference in cancer research. The community converges at the FBC Mortgage Stadium on December 16th, marking a day filled with hope, inspiration, and entertainment. The 9th Annual Cure Bowl, scheduled to broadcast live on ABC at 3:30 pm, will be preceded by the by Fan Fest, a free community event, which runs from 11 am to 3 pm.  Fan Fest includes the heartwarming Owens Corning® March 2Cure (kicking off at 1pm) - as well as many exciting private events (Orlando Sports Foundation Member Event, NCAA Alumni Celebrations and the Tailgreeter VIP Tailgate).

Activating at Fan Fest 

What: Fan Fest - at the 2023 Avocados From Mexico Cure Bowl 

Where: IOA Plaza at FBC Mortgage Stadium 4465 Knights Victory Way   

When:  December 16, 2023 (Fan Fest is 11am to 3pm)

Load In:  Starting at 7:30am - you can pull up to the FAN FEST AREA (UCF calls it IOA PLAZA follow the signs).  CARS MOVED by 9:45am Show Ready by 10:30am - If you delivered your activation items yesterday, Gates 2 - 5 will be open at 8am.

Parking: PARKING PASSES for Lot E8 will be handed out (1 per vendor) on Saturday morningPa

Strike:  Fan Fest ends at 3pm, you can remove your items. But reminder NO VEHICLES in this area during the game. Between 4pm and 8pm you can remove your items from the area, your vehicle access may be limited so if you cart your items (THIS IS BETTER) as UCF has some road closures with the game.

Electric:  Thank you to everyone who submitted your electrical request prior to 12/1. We are AT CAPACITY with the electric outlets. 

Space: See map for placement - we have some wiggle room to make game day decisions on final placement. Noting VIP Event in one area - then all sponsors and vendors in the secondary area. 

Tent: Provide your own tent, table, linen, misc. the map shows "space only"

WIFI: UCF says WIFI is always fine here, no special sign in

Security: Organized by UCF Police Departments (4 Units starting at 10:30)

Rain Plan and Safety: At Orlando Sports Foundation (OSF), we extend our heartfelt appreciation for your participation in the Cure Bowl and for contributing to our mission of supporting cancer research. We are diligently monitoring the weather conditions to ensure a safe and successful outdoor experience. While our plans remain intact at present, we want to emphasize the importance of your discretion when it comes to inclement weather. We encourage you to exercise your best judgment in securing your equipment, ensuring team safety, and, if necessary, adjusting your activation plans based on weather conditions.  Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we fully understand and support any decisions you make in this regard. We look forward to a remarkable event and appreciate your dedication to the Cure Bowl's cause. Please refer back to this webpage for updates.  Each participant is responsible for the safe installation of their equipment as well as the personal well-being of their personnel and to providing a safe experience for attendees. The participant agrees that neither Orlando Sports Foundation or Tailgreeter assumes  liability for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during the event. This disclaimer and limitation of liability extends to any activations or activities conducted by sponsors and its respective activations, and all participants and attendees are encouraged to exercise caution, adhere to safety guidelines, and take appropriate precautions for their well-being

Owens Corning® March 2Cure

We're ready to paint the town pink in a spectacular tribute to the courage and strength of cancer survivors on December 16th! If you are scheduled to participate in the March 2Cure.


Where: BURGER U (UCF Tower 3, 4233 E Plaza Dr)

When: December 16th starting at noon but no later than 12:30

Ready:  Come ready to march, there aren't any designated changing areas or storage spaces for valuables. Restrooms are Burger U or once you get the stadium.  

Route: The parade will enter the V shaped neck and go to single file, then make a right and end at stage.

Bands: Position in front of stage for battle of bands

Stage: Dignitaries and Mascots go on stage. Survivors and other exit parade line to the crowd

Normal road closures for graduation. Northern most section of East Plaza Dr blocked at Knights Victory Way. Venue driveway between F garage and Venue blocked. Mensa Ln at East Plaza Dr blocked.  East Plaza at Gemini blocked. Gemini from East Plaza to West Plaza blocked.Normal road closures for graduation.
